| Wednesday, November 20, 1996 Our goals and objectives were as follows: I outlined these goals to Lee in our initial phone conversation. His only reservation
was whether or not he and the software engineer who would be his main contact would be
able to work together from a personality standpoint. I was fairly confident that this
would not be a problem, but I fully agreed with Lee's concern. Lee was able to work closely with our software engineer, Corky Benson, on both the
future support issue and the development of a Presstek "application specific"
API. Corky found Lee very easy to work with in all cases. In support of this statement, I
am attaching a letter written to Lee from Corky. Because Craftech and Presstek are within 5 miles of each other, we decided the majority
of Lee's efforts be conducted at Craftech. Most of our communication was by phone.
Occasionally, Lee visited Presstek for program updates and detailed functional
discussions. Although the project is not 100% complete, we feel we have successfully achieved the
majority of our goals and we are confident we will complete the remainder. Lee has given
us what appears to be a very solid application in a reasonable period of time. Lee's
working relationship with all of us at Presstek has been extremely enjoyable from both a
professional and personal standpoint. If you have any specific points you would like to discuss with either myself or Corky Benson, please feel free to call us at Presstek.
